ABOUT THE ARTIST: Born on June 11, 1946, in the city of Chernivtsi. He graduated from the Kyiv Art and Industrial College (1972). Specialty teachers: A. Pantyukhin, V. Kochevsky. Worked in the field of design, painting. Author of picturesque portraits, landscapes in the style of romantic expressionism. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1985). Winner of the Lenin Komsomol Prize (1979). He worked as a designer at the Kyiv Research Institute of Communications (since 1972); in Khmelnitsky: designer, designer of art and production workshops (1974-1990); Engaged in creative work; Chairman of the Khmelnitsky organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (2011). Participated in exhibitions: republican, all-Union, international (since 1981). Personal exhibitions - in Khmelnitsky (1993, 2000-2001, 2007), the city of Silistra (Bulgaria, 1993). Main works: decoration of the N. Ostrovsky Museum (1979), M. Kotsiubinsky Museum (1983); cafe - "Theatrical", "Saturn" (2005), "The candle has not yet gone out" (2006), "Robinson" (2006); design projects - museum of the history of the city of Khmelnitsky (1996); hotel and restaurant complex - "Medzhybizh Castle" (2005-2007), historical and cultural complex - "Arian Chapel" (2009); painting - "Walk" (1992), "Cio-San", "Idols", "Look", "Absurd", "Mask" (1993), "The candle has not yet gone out", "Slovak melodies", "Dawn", "Bird" (1994), "Leshy" (1995), "Woman with a Parrot" (1996). Lived and worked in the city of Khmelnitsky.
